- Phone card exchange is allowed if the card has not been used.
- Phone card total refund will be issued if the card has never been used.
- Phone card partial refund will be issued if the card has problems.

Credit card fraud handling policy
To protect both customers and merchant's interests, we screen all credit card users using an up-to-the-date credit card fraud screening software (eFalcon). Orders will be delayed or even rejected if credit card info fails to pass this screening. Proven credit card fraud will be reported to FBI's internet fraud website at http://www.ifccfbi.gov/
Database of Illegal Phone Card Activities
We maintain a database of all calls made by all kinds of illegal phone card users. These phone cards include but not limited to cards purchased using stolen credit cards, cards associated with chargeback and cards obtained by other means we define as illegal.
This database is available to the public so that related authorities can investigate/
