1. How do I get my phone card  and how long do I get it after I place an order?

We use a real time online credit card processing system. Your phone card pin will be emailed to you as soon as your credit card is approved and your billing information verified. This process takes less than 1 minute for returning customers but for first time customers, it will take somewhere from 30 min to a few hours. If you do not receive your pin number in time, please log into your account from our website and click the Order History link to get it.

2. Can I order by check or money order?

3. How do I use my  phone card?

Simply follow the instructions sent to your email. General steps are:

4. What if I forget my card PIN?

You can use your login ID and password to retrieve it from our website.

5. How long can I use my phone card?

You can use your phone card within the period specified by each card or until you have used all your money on the card, whichever comes first.

6. What is a connection fee?

A connection fee is a fee charged on each call made and is collected by reducing the number of minutes left on a phone card.  Many phone cards do not have connection fees.

7. What is your return policy?

Phone cards can be returned or exchanged if the card has not been used.

8. Do your phone cards use internet as communication media?

No, all phone cards on our site use high quality fiber optic cable as communication media.

9. What is time rounding?

Time rounding is the time unit used by the manufacture to round up your talk time. Usually, time rounding ranges from 1 to 3 minutes. For example, if you have talked 22 minutes and 28 seconds, the manufacture will count for 23 minutes for a 1-minute and 24 minutes for a 2-minute rounding card.

10. Can I call cell phone?

It depends on individual card. Some cards have much higher rates for cell phones, some have the same rates and others simply do not work at all.
